1. Which photo from your photo essay was the best? 
 
I really liked this photo because the colours really came out and there was no part of the photo that was devoid of some tint. It also focused really well on Ria as well as making the background stand out. You can also clearly see the depth of the road and the building in the distance and the photo looks very cool in that way. 
2. What is a Photo Journalist? 
    A Photo Journalist is someone who takes photos and uses them to convey a message about something that they want to show, 
3. If you could do one category of your essay again which one would you re-do and why? 
    I would want to re-do the people specifically this photo:
 
I wanted to re-do this photo because even though I like how the photo turned out it could have had better lighting and a background that really made Michelle pop out rather than the things behind her. 
4. What is exposure? 
Exposure is how light or dark you make a photo. It's determined by your aperture, shutter speed and ISO. 
In order to take this shot I had to up my shutter speed high enough to catch each droplet of water while simultaneously having my aperture set to capture a good photo outdoors as well as have my ISO speed not take in too much light and make the photo turn out too bright. The combination of all the three made the photo have good exposure and turn out well.

Final Reflection

CERAMICS FINAL REFLECTION Photo of final glaze piece Final thought on the best parts of this piece. Project 1 I thought that the best parts of this piece were the inside glazing and the small diamond detail I added to the front. I actually put a lot more care into these parts than any other part of the piece and I think that they ended up turning out better because of that. Project 2 I liked how the details on the body turned out  on this piece. I used slip trailing to get it to look the way that I wanted it to look. With the glazing it pops a little and I’m very proud of it. Project 3 I used the mug for the first time and I got really giddy and excited because, “Oh my god I made this alkshfla.” I really liked how the glazing worked with the carvings I had. Author’s Note Dear Reader, The idea for this may seem a bit strange at first, but I urge you to give it a shot. It’s not as weird as you think. It came to me in the middle of class while I was discussing a different topic in a critique group. So many people at SAS are mixed, part Asian, part something else; I began to think: what if there was a girl just like that in a story? And, of course, not just your typical coming of age story where the girl finally comes to terms with being half one culture and half another.
